The Relative Pronoun "Che" (That / Who)
In Italian, "che" is a very versatile word. It connects two sentences by replacing a noun (who, whom, which, that). Unlike in English where "that" can often be omitted, in Italian "che" is ALWAYS required.

Polite Requests (Il Condizionale)
To be polite in Italian, you use the Conditional tense, especially with the verbs "Volere" (Vorrei = I would like) and "Potere" (Potrebbe = Could you).
